This policy explains how the application AIBOX (its a fork of GPTBOX ) processes your information when you use Google Sign-In and other restricted Google functionalities. This app is designed for personal/limited use by close associates and is not intended for public distribution on stores; the sole purpose of this page is to comply with Google's verification requirements.

• Basic Google Account information: User ID, name, email, and profile picture (if available).
• Google access/refresh tokens to enable app functionalities.
• Minimal usage data (such as error logs) to improve performance and security.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate and sign you into the app.
• To provide optional features that you enable. For example (if used):
• Sending emails on your behalf via Gmail (without reading your inbox).
• Creating events or reminders in Google Calendar/Tasks.

Scopes Used

We only request the minimum necessary access. Please remove any items you do not use:

• openid, email, profile — For Google Sign-In
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — Only for sending emails
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — Create/manage calendar events
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks — Create/manage reminders in Tasks

No access beyond the above is requested or used.

Data Sharing

• Your information is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
• Data only interacts with Google services to provide your selected functionalities.
• If legally required, information may be provided as per law.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Access tokens are stored securely and used only for app functionality.
• By revoking access via Google Account > Security > Third-party access or by requesting us, access will be immediately terminated.
• You can send data deletion requests to the email below, and we will reasonably process them as soon as possible.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information; however, no method is 100% secure.

Children

This app is not designed for individuals under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

This policy may be updated occasionally. The "Last Updated" date will be placed at the top of the page.
